GOLFING
The Gulmarg golf course is like nothing you have seen or imagined before. Situated at an altitude of 2650 m it is the highest 18-hole green golf course anywhere in the world. The historic Gulmarg Golf Club was established in 1902 and offers golf equipment on hire, professional instruction, and short-term memberships. GONDOLA
The Gulmarg Gondola, Asia's highest and longest cable car project, provides a thrilling ride from the Gulmarg Meadow (2650m) through pine-clad slopes to Apharwat (3980m).

An Angling Park has been developed in Gulmarg, while excellent fly-fishing is available on the Ferozepur Stream.

The St. Mary Church [1894], Shiva Temple, Maharaja’s Palace, Lake and Children’s Park are well worth a visit. On a clear day, the Circuit Road view point offers unparalleled views of Nanga Parbat (World’s second highest peak) coupled with a panoramic view of the entire Kashmir Valley.
