DEPOSIT POLICY
- All reservations require a full deposit for all nights confirmed, including taxes at time of booking reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Reservations must be cancelled at least 21 days prior to the date of arrival to qualify for complimentary cancellation
- Cancellations made within 21 days of arrival will incur a charge equivalent to 100% of the total accommodation cost
- For bookings secured via credit card, any eligible refund processed for cancellations made prior to 21 days will be subject to a 5% deduction towards bank charges and credit card processing fees
